Unlimited revisions

Request as many revisions as you need within those 14 days. AI drafts mean every round is fast. We keep going until it feels unmistakably yours.

Full refund — no forms

If after unlimited revisions it still isn't on-brand, we refund your first month in full. You don't fill out a form or argue with support — one message is enough.

How to claim your refund

    Request revisions

    Email or message your account manager describing what's off. We'll turn around a revised batch fast -- usually within 48 hours.

    Keep going until it's right

    Repeat as many times as needed within 14 days. There's no revision limit and no charge for additional rounds.

    Still not right? Say so.

    If after unlimited revisions the content still doesn't feel on-brand, send one message to your account manager: "I'd like a refund." That's it.

    We process your full first-month refund within 5 business days. No forms, no dispute needed.

Scope & conditions

The guarantee applies to managed postings plans (10, 20, or 30 posts/month). The 14-day window begins on the date your first content batch is delivered to your approval queue.

"On-brand" means the content matches your submitted brand guidelines, tone of voice, and audience. You define what on-brand means for your business — we use your brief and any revision feedback to get there.

The refund covers your first month's subscription fee only. It does not apply to add-ons (video, ads, blogs) purchased separately, or to months after the first.

One guarantee redemption per new subscription. Accounts that have previously received a guarantee refund are not eligible for a second redemption on a new subscription to the same plan tier.

We reserve the right to update this policy. Accounts active at the time of any change retain the guarantee terms that were in effect when they subscribed.
