How to Request Data Deletion
If you would like to request the deletion of your data from SocialNex, including any data obtained through your use of Facebook Login, Instagram Business, Threads, or the SocialNex Replies inbox, you can do so by emailing us at [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request."
What We Delete
Upon receiving your request, we will delete all personal data associated with your account, including:
- Your account information (name, email, profile data)
- Connected social media account tokens and metadata
- Meta Graph API access tokens for connected Facebook Pages, Instagram Business accounts, and Threads profiles
- Incoming comments and Direct Messages received through the Replies inbox, including sender names and message content
- Replies you have sent through SocialNex back to Facebook, Instagram, or Threads
- Posts and content created through our platform
- Analytics and usage data associated with your account
Disconnecting a Specific Account
You can disconnect a single Facebook Page, Instagram Business account, or Threads profile at any time from your SocialNex workspace under Replies → Connections. Disconnecting an account immediately stops new comments and DMs from being delivered to SocialNex, revokes our access token with Meta, and unsubscribes the account from our webhooks.
Historical comments and DMs previously received for that account are retained in your inbox until you request a full data deletion via email.
Processing Time
We will process your deletion request within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.
Revoking Access via Meta
You can also remove SocialNex's access to your Facebook, Instagram, and Threads data at any time by visiting your Facebook App Settings, Instagram Apps and Websites settings, or Threads Connected Apps settings and removing SocialNex from your connected apps. This takes effect immediately from Meta's side.
